Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Qualifications

To support employers, CITB has created a new framework of 12 short courses, derived from ILM qualification standards. These 12 short courses give frontline supervisors and managers the skills and increased confidence they need to carry out their roles effectively by giving them best-in-class leadership and management skills and behaviours that are tailored to industry needs. As an Approved Training Organisation with CITB, Keystone is able to offer these courses to employers by in-person or virtual delivery. For CITB-registered levy-paying employers, each of these courses attracts grand funding for a successful completion of up to £240 per person.
