Suky is a Learning & Development Professional offering consultancy, coaching, design, delivery, training needs analysis (TNA), assessment, and certification.
Her consultancy work involves a strong dedication to helping clients perform better by building skills through bitesize learning, simulations, and application workshops, then helping it all stick through coaching, application tools, reinforcement and impact measurement, putting as much emphasis on what happens after the training as the training itself.
Suky is a dynamic and enthusiastic trainer who generates commitment from her participants. She believes in providing solutions where participants find practical ways to cope with an ever-changing working environment. She is highly participative in style, using discovery-based learning methods and accelerated learning for those clients who want a creative approach.

Experience & Achievements
Suky designs and delivers interactive, engaging and action focused Learning and Development events. Suky’s experience has been gained over the last 10 years whilst working with a range of high-profile clients in both the private and public sector. She also has a further 10 years of lecturing experience that allows her to offer both assessment and certification to her clients.
Suky worked as a commercial trainer at BMW Plant Oxford and due to the effectiveness of the delivery she was asked to deliver the same project at Rolls Royce – Goodwood. Her passion for the industry also led her to further training delivery at Jaguar Land Rover. Her management experience comes from contact centres, such as Vodafone, British Gas, and Telewest Broadband. Due to her extensive experience in contact centres, Suky also delivered Apprenticeship programs at Britvic Soft Drinks.
