Sue has over 29 years’ experience working within training and consultancy. She specialises in leadership and management development, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, cultural change implementation, executive coaching, and sales training.

Sue has an outgoing personality which motivates individuals and organisations to undertake effective action. She is also licensed with the British Psychological Society which allows her to administer, interpret and assess Occupational and Psychometric Tests, such as Myers-Briggs and SOSIE, which can be used in a number of areas such as recruitment and selection, personal development ,and training.

Sue has worked across many industries and sectors including aviation, banking, utilities, hospitality, police, NHS, the Probation Service, the Civil Service, fire & rescue, pharmaceutical, engineering, construction, house building, the rail network, nuclear, and a number of Local Authorities and housing associations. She has worked with all levels of staff from young apprentices to senior managers and directors.

Sue has been involved in an award-winning programme for a large international bank which included the research, development, and delivery of a six-module leadership programme delivered on a national level.

Additionally, Sue is experienced in facilitating workshops in many other areas including performance management, coaching, organisational development, change management, strategic planning, time management, and more.

Her focus is on innovative, bespoke solutions where the client requires creative and different ways to engage learning and implement real behavioural change. Recent assignments include:

  • The design and development of a ‘Women in Leadership’ programme for women in leadership positions with a large Local Authority.
  • The design and delivery of an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion programme for a regional Fire & Rescue service.
  • Design and delivery of multiple accredited leadership and management programmes across both public and private sector organisations.
  • The evaluation and design of a new policy and reward system for a large public sector organisation.
  • Executive and leadership coaching.

Sue has extensive experience as an independent investigator/mediator and undertakes investigations/mediations in relation to complaints regarding allegations of harassment and disciplinary and grievance. She also delivers training for new investigators.

  • British Psychological Society A & B accredited and also MBTI, FIRO-B, DiSC, Talent-Q and OCI (Human Synergistics) qualified
  • Accredited Chartered Management Institute (CMI) trainer

  • Registered Member of the Association for Coaching (UK)
