Senior Learning Programmes Manager
Michelle’s role includes supporting the Programme Management team in a successful delivery of development programmes by taking responsibility for creating a mobilisation and administration plan and a delivery schedule that will work for you in terms of operational release, as well as ensuring that everything is in place and set up ready to go on delivery days. This includes organising and issuing Joining Information and any pre-work, diagnostic tools, surveys, and post-work.
Michelle also liaises with clients and facilitators to make sure all the information that is required from both sides is collected and any queries regarding the programme are answered.
She is committed to ensuring learners get the most from their experience with us. She uses her formidable skills in organising, prioritising, and managing workload to keep things running smoothly and to ensure participants have the best possible experience while attending our programmes so they can focus on their development and progression.

- Programme management of multiple development programmes including:
- Mitsubishi Chemical Europe Leadership Skills Development Programme for seven pan-European cohorts.
- CALA Homes – Constructing Leaders Programme delivered alongside an ILM qualifications, vocational technical qualifications and an NVQ.
- GRAHAM Construction leadership development framework for graduates through to middle managers.
