Matt has over 30 years’ experience working within leadership, sales enablement, customer experience, and team dynamics arena.
His approach is an enthusiastic, tailored coaching style of training, where he brings energy and passion to learning, creating a safe space to learn in a highly engaged environment. He brings learning to life, so everyone has the freedom to explore and understand where their new skills and knowledge really add value, professionally and personally.
Matt supports the learner by bringing new experiences to life in an interactive way. He challenges how they think, feel, and behave, so they can truly change habits for a more positive outcome on their road to success.
Matt’s 30 years as a learning professional brings everything to this moment, where he can also share extensive knowledge, skills, and compelling stories that bring everything together, so learners are able to apply the learning more effectively and truly understand what it means to them, their teams, and the wider organisation.
He has designed numerous learning solutions from onboarding new starters to established and more highly skilled specialist roles and teams. Matt not only ensures the learning event itself is created and delivered with impact, but he also creates the energy and appetite for the learners’ pre-training. He also supports the learning transfer, recommending and developing a realistic roadmap where sustained change happens in the workplace.
Recent assignments have included:
- Pioneering and evolving the design, implementation, and facilitation of ‘leadership and team dynamics’ concept to develop a high performing culture.
- Leading on design and facilitation from ‘start up’, an overall learning framework and approach to commercial sales and customer service teams in the UK and worldwide.
- Leading on a blended learning approach across call centres, branch networks, and field agents, so learning was more easily accessible and added value to all.
- Developing and facilitating leadership and personal effectiveness solutions (e.g. problem solving, personal brand, growth mindset and time management), so all needs were catered to, driving behavioural change and ultimately individual and company performance.
