Emma Goddard

Emma is an expert in conflict resolution and effective communication having worked in restorative practice and mediation for the last 15 years, mainly in the criminal justice system. She also has a keen personal and professional interest in time management and adds this to her list of specialisms.
Her notable projects include:
- A programme of work for a national charity suffering with overwhelmed and burnout staff, improving time management, mindset and motivation.
- Delivering individual and group coaching packages around managing emails, calendars, boundaries and prioritisation to leaders and employees who were not sure where to start.
- Facilitating a discussion between a whole community experiencing anti-social behaviour, bringing a park area from undesirable to green-flag awarded.
- Training all staff in restorative practice and effective communication in the UK’s first secure school to reduce the risk of conflict and improve relationships.
- Facilitating discussions between members of the public and police to address both formal and informal complaints so that both parties had a deeper understanding and positive outcome from the process.
- Writing and delivering tailored and actionable training in the areas of mediation, restorative practice, conflict coaching, communication and complaints.
