Debbie has a passion and talent for learning and development. She sees facilitation as a chance to inspire others to consider other possibilities., grow capability and engage people to be their best.

Over the last 20 years, Debbie has developed a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience working with some of the UK’s largest companies.

She prides herself on the work she has done in creating and delivered a very successful graduate programme for Iceland foods and multiple talent and leadership programmes for Specsavers optical group, Marks and Spencer and a Capita contract.

Debbie is an ambassador for development and believes her own personal development is key when supporting the development of others. She ensures every experience is fully blended to provide the participant with the most engaging and enlightening experience as possible. Her passion and knowledge breathe life into any learning session, whether virtual or face-to-face. She gains engagement and commitment through a facilitative approach and building powerful relationships with all stakeholders.
