Deb Gilby

Deb is a hugely experienced and passionate facilitator with over 30 years’ experience in facilitating learning and development events. She developed her training skills initially in the IT sector, before migrating into the interpersonal skills arena. Since then, she has supported a number of organisations through workplace change with a focus on leadership, graduate and talent development. She is highly competent in all areas of training, from training needs analysis through to evaluation. She excels in facilitation and delivery, and has an excellent reputation for reading a group and then tailoring the learning to meet their specific requirements. She is a passionate advocate of brain-friendly and accelerated learning, holding a Black Belt Award from Kaizen Training in this area, and she enjoys creating a stimulating environment for learning and witnessing delegates’ development. Her specialisms are in leadership, management, interpersonal skills and business-related topics including coaching. Deb also specialises in Train the Facilitator, training needs analysis and training design, and the administration of training projects.
