David has over 30 years’ experience of designing, delivering and presenting courses throughout the UK and Europe.
David’s style underlines his keenness of investigating the background of training needs based on specific circumstances and finding out what delegates want to get out of the training (W.I.I.N.F.Y. “what’s in it for me?”) and designing and making them bespoke and adjustable to these needs.
He is an experienced manager, having run teams for various industries including multinationals, and therefore ensures that the training he delivers is relevant and appropriate to their companies and organisations and to the participants’ individual roles. It is a regular feature that delegates are shown how the training can be practical and fun!
David’s “niche” is in the healthcare sector (he is the section Chair and Council Member of the British Healthcare Trades Association) and as such has been asked to deliver presentations to seminars and large forum meetings.
