Chris has over 30 years’ experience working within the leadership and organisation development arena, in both the UK and internationally. Before consulting, Chris’s career spanned banking, financial and property services, sales, and education. He specialises in leadership and management development, graduate and talent management, cultural change implementation, executive coaching, and team effectiveness.
Chris has designed numerous change interventions and development programmes across arrange of sectors and cultures, having worked extensively across the UK, Europe, and Dubai.
His focus is on innovative, “off-the-wall” solutions where the client demands creative and different ways to engage learning and implement real behavioural change. Recent assignments include:
- Design, develop and deliver various leadership development programs for middle to senior leaders in organisations across different industry sectors including Financial Services, Education, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Retail, Energy and Utilities, Transportation and Logistics, Real Estate, Telecommunications and Automative.
- Leadership development facilitator delivering Level 3, Level 5, and Level 7 Leadership and Management Apprenticeships for new to middle managers in organisations across different industry sectors.
- Deliver a business and cultural change programme for organisations in the transport and logistics industries.
- Lead design and delivery of graduate apprenticeship programs in the NHS and Healthcare industry.
- Executive and leadership coaching for senior managers, both face-to-face and online.
Chris’s sector experience includes Operations and Learning and Development Manager in Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate, Construction Education, Human Resources and L&D sectors.
