As Keystone’s sole internal facilitator, Ashley’s role includes delivering people development across our client base. As such he experiences the breadth of sectors, organisational needs, topics and learner profiles that make up Keystone’s portfolio. He excels in delivering learning experiences that are engaging, accessible, and which accelerate personal behavioural change. With a background in both elite sports coaching and project management, Ashley has a vast array of experience in developing people to excel in high functioning teams. His passion for helping people and businesses succeed together comes through in his relaxed delivery style, always ensuring that his programmes are filled with enthusiasm, support, collaboration – and the right amount of stretch to ensure participants make the changes required in the right direction.
His varied experience includes 9 years as a coach at one of the most highly regarded football academies at the time, which saw Ashley lead groups and coaches with responsibility for both player and coach development. A career change allowed Ashley to hone his project management skills within the construction and housing industry, working closely with contractors, businesses, and housing associations to make sure everything stayed on track and that timescales, deliverables, and returns were met.
His transition to full time people development saw Keystone create an internal role to suit his unique mix of skills and experience. Since joining the team Ashley has taken a lead within our specialist drama-based learning department as both designer and drama-based learning facilitator.
Selected experience
Ashley’s delivery experience extends across sectors and industries. For Keystone he has delivered within Construction, Defense and Social Housing.
With a focus upon leadership and management development, Ashley has a wealth of experience delivering to first line and middle managers in both knowledge based and industrial settings, as well as hosting drama-based learning workshops for senior leadership teams.
Ashley is currently part of the delivery teams for a number of Keystone’s core clients. These include Babcock International, Kaefer, Wrekin Housing and Hayfield Homes.
