Andy has an accomplished record in leadership development, consultation, and coaching across the UK and internationally, with over 30 years’ experience in leadership and management roles. With a track record of transforming teams, individuals, and organisations, Andy delivers impactful leadership development programmes, 1-1 and group coaching, and specialises in systems leadership support. His expertise also spans mental health, resilience, and organisational improvement, tailoring approaches to client needs while keeping core values at the heart of everything he does: making a difference, supporting growth, and enjoying life.
A former senior leader in Scottish education and children’s services, Andy held executive roles including Head of Education Services, Regional Collaboration, and corporate leadership positions. He has managed budgets of over £200m and delivered corporate leadership experiences in both public and private sector settings.
Andy’s focus is on supporting organisations to improve outcomes through building collaborative and relational working – people are at the heart of every organisation and are central to his development approaches. His aim is always to meet the client’s needs through bespoke and engaging work, balancing learning and development with practical application.

Leadership Development Programmes: Leading extensive programmes for senior public sector leaders across several organisations in the UK, focusing on deep engagement with systems leadership to improve outcomes

Workforce Planning: Supporting scenario planning and facilitation for workforce strategy with a large NHS Trust
Action Learning Facilitation: Providing Action Learning Set facilitation for several organisations
Health and Languages Digital Pharma Conference: National conference chair and facilitator for a private sector health organisation
Whole Family Wellbeing: Leading a year-long learning partnership programme to advance wellbeing approaches across a large partnership (2023)
Research and Development: worked with a number of public sector organisations across a large region of England to support budget reviewing that lead to improved outcomes
