Andrew has been working in L&D/OD/HR within blue-chip and SME environments for over 25yrs. His experience stretches over many sectors such as retail, logistics, utilities, professional services, manufacturing, construction, information technology, consulting, aerospace and defense, automotive, government – local and central (public sector), corporate leadership, charity, healthcare, and education.
Andrew has held several senior management roles within international organisations and over the last 10 years he has worked as a commercial coach/consultant within both academic and commercial environments, providing a range of L&OD services across leadership and management development, coaching, personal development, psychometrics, team development, change, performance management, and customer service.
