Learning Live 2017

Keystone is excited to announce our attendance as a Premium Exhibitor at this year’s Learning Live event on the 6th and 7th of September in London. We’ll be running the first seminar of the event on 6th September, and have an interactive session planned to show you how you can harness the power of theatre techniques in training to achieve sustainable behavioural change.

We’ll give you an experience of theatre techniques via our specialist facilitators and designers, revealing some of the theories behind why and how theatre is so successful in the training room. When harnessed correctly, theatre techniques are a powerful development tool that accelerates learning, deepens understanding, brings about a commitment to change, and powerfully brings to life topics such as leadership, safety, performance conversations and diversity, maximising your return on time and investment. Done wrongly, it can be a costly waste.

You’ll leave our session with a good understanding of when, why and how you might want to incorporate theatre techniques into people development programmes, and you’ll feel confident in commissioning, monitoring and reviewing this sort of work.
