Wendy has over 25 years’ experience working within the leadership and organisation development arena, in both the UK and internationally. Wendy’s career has spanned a range of sectors: Financial Services, Sales, Contact Centres, International Manufacturers/Distributors, Aerospace, Logistics, Prison Services, NHS, Ministry of Defence and Local Government.

She specialises in leadership and management development, leadership consultancy, graduate and talent management, cultural change implementation, executive coaching and mentoring, and developing high performance teams.

Wendy works with both new and experienced managers to increase their skills and confidence, giving them the tools they need to become highly effective leaders to get the best out of their team and achieve great results. She supports individuals experiencing challenges and, through training, coaching, mentoring and guidance, she encourages them to overcome their limiting beliefs and create better outcomes.

Wendy is passionate about helping others reach their full potential, and her effectiveness is reflected in the results she delivers. Her previous experience as an Associate Director, Leadership Trainer, and Executive Coach and a global L&D Director for a FTSE5OO company, Wendy was responsible for:

  • Design and delivery of ILM accredited Management and Coaching Programmes.
  • Assessor and Internal verifier of ILM qualifications.
  • ILM Centre management.
  • Managing the global learning and development strategy.
  • Design, delivery, and development of leadership training.
  • Onboarding training.
  • Leadership and soft skills for over 2,000 employees in the USA and Europe.
  • Coaching the Senior Leadership Team and Board Directors.
  • Management of the graduate management training program and mentoring graduate management trainees.
  • Motivational speaker.
