Ward is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist with the Association of Business Psychologists, a Registered Scientist and a Member of both the British Psychological Society and the Psychological Society of Ireland. He has extensive experience in the field of organisational development and learning and development; supporting organisations and enabling individuals to maximise their potential.
Over the past 25 years, Ward has held roles in a number of leading business environments. He is highly self-motivated and achievement focused, combined with an excellent level of commercial acumen, strategic vision and drive, to improve business performance.
His roles have seen him partner with many companies both in UK and internationally to develop various management and leadership programmes supporting the talent pipeline and enabling organisations and individuals to maximise their potential. All his work has two enduring themes: Learning and Behaviour, helping people learn from their experiences and to improve interactions with others. He has experience facilitating learning and development through training and coaching.
Ward played a key role in developing, designing and running international talent programmes for organisations worldwide engaging individuals, managers, senior executives, and directors to manage themselves and other people more effectively.
By combining his experience with psychology/psychometrics and his extensive organisational experience, Ward can provide supportive yet challenging facilitation, for either teams or individuals facing the challenge of change. He has access to a number of psychometric instruments including the JTI, SDI, OPQ, Prism and Belbin.
Ward’s sector experience includes Media (TV & Film, Music, Games), Financial Services, Retail, Public Sector, Civil Service, Construction, Retail, IT, Professional Services, Leisure, Armed Forces.
